We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipments are usually handled by DHL courier, but Mattioli may reserve the right to entrust the shipment to a different courier. Customers will be accurately informed via e-mail on the name of the courier and on their tracking number once the order is processed.
You can track your shipment on each courier website with the waybill number (tracking number) sent to you via e-mail once your order is shipped. Please note, the waybill number will be sent to the e-mail address used for the purchase.
The goods are shipped with insured shipment. In case of damage during the shipment we kindly ask the Customer to contact our Customer Service at the email address shop@mattioli.it within 7 days from the delivery date. Please save all packaging, goods and invoices in order to let us verify the damage and process the claim. Our Customer Service will contact you to define the procedure.
In case of damages during the shipment, we will send a new item as replacement of the damaged one. The replacement of the good will take place within 30 days from the customer warning and only after receiving the damaged item from the customer at: Via Bologna, 220 – 10154 – Torino (Italia).
